Welcome to Detox-in-1-dag. Below you will find the general terms and conditions that apply to all our products and services. Do you have questions? Feel free to contact us at info@detox-in-1-dag.nl. During office hours we usually answer questions within 4 hours.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the trader.

Day: calendar day.

Continuing-performance contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.

Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction.

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Trader: Q-Health Europe B.V., trading under the name Detox-in-1-dag, the legal entity that offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: a contract for which, up to and including its conclusion, exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. If this is not possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be consulted and that they will be sent free of charge on request.

In the event of a conflict between specific product or service terms and these general terms and conditions, the provision that is most favourable to the consumer prevails.

Article 4 – The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images are a true representation.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the trader.

Every offer contains clear information about the price (including taxes), any shipping costs, and the rights and obligations attached to acceptance of the offer.

Article 5 – The contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the trader takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.

The trader confirms receipt of the acceptance of the offer without delay.

The trader reserves the right to refuse an order or to impose additional conditions if abuse is suspected.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

During the cooling-off period the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

To withdraw, the consumer must contact us at info@detox-in-1-dag.nl and use the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement.

Article 7 – Costs in the event of withdrawal

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the consumer.

The trader refunds the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, and for products that for hygiene reasons are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Article 9 – The price

The prices stated include VAT. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on the trader.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

The trader guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

Any complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery.

Article 11 – Delivery and performance

The trader will exercise the greatest possible care when processing and dispatching orders.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.

If a product cannot be delivered on time, the consumer will be informed within 30 days and has the right to cancel the contract free of charge.

Article 12 – Continuing-performance contracts: duration, termination and renewal

The consumer may terminate a contract of indefinite duration at any time, subject to a notice period of one month.

Fixed-term contracts may be terminated at the end of their term.

Article 13 – Payment

Payment is made when completing the order via the payment methods offered in the webshop, including iDEAL.

In the event of non-payment, the trader reserves the right to charge reasonable costs.

Article 14 – Complaints procedure

Complaints about the performance of the contract must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery via info@detox-in-1-dag.nl.

The trader will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

If the consumer and the trader cannot resolve the matter together, the consumer may submit the dispute via the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Article 15 – Disputes

Contracts between the trader and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Article 16 – Additional or deviating provisions

Additional provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing.
