Not happy with the Base Gut Detox within 30 days of receiving it? Then you get your purchase amount back. Even if you have already done the cleanse.

How it works:

• Email info@detox-in-1-dag.nl or call +31 (0)85 – 369 55 93 within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number and briefly why the cleanse did not work for you.
• We will get in touch. Hayo is happy to think through with you what happened.
• You receive the purchase amount back within 14 days on the account you paid with.

The guarantee applies to one cleanse per household.

Returns

Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. That is the statutory cooling-off period. Report your return via info@detox-in-1-dag.nl, send the parcel back well packaged and you will receive the purchase amount within 14 days of us receiving the return. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.
