Refund policy

At Detox-in-1-dag we do everything we can to deliver your order to your satisfaction. If you are nevertheless not satisfied, you can easily return your order.

Cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. During the cooling-off period you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Conditions

The product is unopened, unused and in its original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons and because of the limited shelf life, sachets whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Was the product damaged in transit? Please contact us. Damaged products can always be returned after consultation.

How to register a return

Step 1: send an e-mail to info@detox-in-1-dag.nl with the subject "Return".

Step 2: state your first and last name, your order number and which product you wish to return.

Step 3: you will receive the return instructions and the return address from us.

Costs and refund

The cost of the return shipment is at your expense. As soon as we have received and assessed your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days via the payment method you used.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a product or about the performance of the agreement? Report it in writing within 7 days of discovery via info@detox-in-1-dag.nl. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
