Shipping policy

Shipping costs

We ship free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Dispatch time

Orders placed on working days before 23:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at the weekend or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time is 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 2 to 3 working days in Belgium. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a track-and-trace code by e-mail.

Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address you provided when ordering, so please check your address details carefully. If we are unable to deliver a product on time, we will inform you within 30 days and you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.

Damage or loss

Has your parcel arrived damaged or not arrived at all? Please contact us at info@detox-in-1-dag.nl or +31 (0)85 - 369 55 93. We will resolve it together with you. Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days, see our refund policy.
